Poured Walls

We specialize in 8' and 9' poured walls for stick built and modular homes. We can pour any size wall from 1' to 16' tall and offer both smooth and brick pattern panels.

Poured concrete walls are a highly superior product with 40% more concrete than a block wall. The fact that poured walls are reinforced with rebar makes them even stronger. A poured wall is monolithic … there are NO joint. The entire basement is a solid, single unit. By contrast, a hallow core block wall contains hundreds of joints and joints, like links in a chain, are each a potential area of failure. Unlike styrofoam walls, a poured wall allows for a stronger mix and even placement to ensure no voids, which can weaken a wall. Our poured walls provide a level, square building surface on which to build. Laboratory tests show poured solid concrete basements have many times the flexural and compressive strength to withstand the side and down pressures caused by earth, wind, water, and building loads and the material density to resist water or insect penetration.
